A WOMAN who suffered horrific injuries in a car crash faced a five-yearbattle to prevent Barclays repossessing her home.
It was only after Money Mail intervened that the bank agreed to stop pursuingSharon Olliver over her mortgage debt.
Throughout her ordeal, she kept Barclays informed of her financial positionbut that did not stop it attempting to repossess her [pounds sterling]200,000 home five times.
Mrs Olliver, 51, of Reading, Berks, was left with no feeling in her legs andunable to walk after the accident on the M4 in March 2000, which led to threemajor back operations.
