Sep. 13--KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- On second thought, Boof Bonser won't start again this season, unless he does. Carlos Silva feels good enough to pitch, except he's hurt. Kevin Slowey, scheduled to oppose the Tigers on Sunday, faced the Royals on Wednesday, so he gets the Rangers on Monday.
"The minute we make a plan around here," muttered Minnesota manager Ron Gardenhire, "things start to go crazy."
