CENTRAL LUZON cycling fans and enthusiasts are expected to converge in Tarlac City on Sunday for the fourth leg of the Hitachi National Criterium Grand Prix with the staging of the Mayor Genaro "Aro" Mendoza Cup.
"We would like to thank Mayor Mendoza for allowing us to stage the Hitachi Criterium races in Tarlac City. This will truly be a big treat for Central Luzon cycling enthusiasts," project events director Ric Rodriguez said.
"It is our privilege and pleasure to bring this event to Tarlac, a recognized cycling hub," Leo Hsieh, Hitachi Airconditioning Group president, said.
