CHICAGO _ If there is one thing Kyle Turley can do maybe as well as anyone on earth, it is gain weight.
He left the Chiefs last January as the scrawniest offensive tackle in football at 6 feet 5 inches and 265 pounds. He returned in July having gone from a hill to a mountain, checking it at 300 pounds. And it's not a sloppy 300.
The weight gain was vital to Turley's NFL career. His contract expired after last season and no team would take even a sniff at a 31-year-old with a history of back problems who couldn't get any movement in the running game.
