Sep. 13--BRIDGEWATER -- After failing to sell six of 10 townhouses over a two-year period, Richard Yoko, owner of development company TDS Group, said he's turning to auction to sell his Garden View Estates at Stone Point Landing in Bridgewater.
Opened in 2005, the condominium complex on Market Street boasts views of the Beaver River, spacious living rooms and maintenance-free living. Preconstruction prices ranged from $239,000 to $259,000, Yoko said.
No one is interested.
And it's not just the Bridgewater complex. Yoko said he is having trouble selling properties at Garden View Estates of Center Township - where 64 of 97 homes have sold ...
