The Tennessee Hospital Association announced two new hires and a promotion. Mary Layne Van Cleave was promoted to executive vice president and COO of the association. Van Cleave, who joined the THA in 1996, was most recently senior vice president of information services. David Neiger joined the THA as vice president of accounting and CFO. Neiger has held several jobs with Tennessee state government, including a recent stint as chief of accounts at the TennCare Bureau, which oversees Tennessee's Medicaid program.
