HOUSTON, April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Sonat Offshore Drilling Inc. (NYSE: RIG) today announced that at its annual meeting of shareholders held in Houston, Texas, J. Michael Talbert and Martin B. McNamara were elected as directors to serve three-year terms. Talbert is chairman and chief executive officer of Sonat Offshore Drilling and McNamara is partner in charge with Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher, Dallas, Texas.
Also, the company announced that the regular quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share has been declared for Sonat Offshore Drilling's common stock. The dividend is payable on May 30, 1995 to shareholders of record on May ...
