Sep. 16--Hershey Felder sits on the piano bench, raises his hands over the keys, and then begins to kiss them with his fingers.
As the notes rise, Felder disappears and George Gershwin takes over.
Within just a few notes in Arizona Theatre Company's "George Gershwin Alone," which opened Friday, Felder has taken us back to the 1920s and '30s, gathering around a piano while the great music man plays.
