Sep. 16--A. Arenson Ltd. has won the Atidim High Tech Industries Co. Ltd tender to be the chief contractor for the construction of a 40-storey Horizon Tower in the Kiryat Atidim high-tech park in Tel Aviv. As "Globes' first reported, the Tel Aviv municipality and Tel Aviv University, which jointly own Atidim in equal shares, published the tender for the building in June. Eight contractors participated in the tender.
Arenson will be paid NIS 80 million to build the building's shell. The 65,000 square meter Horizon Tower will be the first skyscraper of its kind for high-tech. The tender also includes completing the finishing on the ...
