It takes somewhere special to prise Roy Noble away from the BBC canteen, which is why he can't resist the Nant Ddu Lodge close to the Brecon Beacons
IT'S a real toss up for me when it comes to eating out. As many people know, I live in Aberdare and, as well as the beautiful landscape on my doorstep, I'm lucky enough to have at least two fantastic eateries within a stone's throw - the Glancynon Inn at Hirwaun (a place I visit often with growing relish) and the Nant Ddu Lodge near Merthyr Tydfil.
