APPLE JUICE--Apple juice prices continue to rise this month with prices for apple concentrate 70 Brix from China currently trading at $9.75-$10.50 per gallon, ex-dock New York. The rise in China can be attributed to the high current cost of fruit prices and also to processing delays. European prices are coming in at around $15.00-$16.00 due to a poor crop in Poland caused by a late freeze. South American is completely sold out and might actually be oversold at the moment, according to industry sources.
