Lockheed Martin [LMT] on Friday said it acquired 3Dsolve, Inc., a privately held firm that develops simulation-based gaming, visualization and training for government, military and corporate clients.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. 3Dsolve has over 20 employees and will remain based in Cary, North Carolina.
