CRUCIAL talks are taking place this weekend to decide the fate ofNasdaq's 31 per cent stake in the London Stock Exchange.
The New York high-tech exchange wants to sell almost all of its [pounds sterling]800 millionstake to a single buyer and the rest on the market, but so far it has beenstruggling to find the sole buyer.
It is understood the state-owned Qatari Investment Authority is favourite tobuy the stake, but negotiations are going down to the wire.
