JACKSON, Mich., Sept. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CMS Energy announced today that its executive vice president and chief financial officer, Tom Webb, will participate in a panel discussion titled "Midwest Utilities" at the Merrill Lynch Power and Gas Leaders Conference on Tuesday, Sept. 25.
