Sep. 15--MUMBAI, India -- Severe talent crunch has forced realty sector to undertake course correction. A recent study by Assocham says there's manpower shortage of 50-60 percent in the construction and engineering sector, adding that the realty sector formed a meagre 8.7 percent of the employment opportunities generated in the first four months this year, compared to 24 percent in the IT industry.
