Sep. 15--BRUNSWICK -- Groundbreaking is set for Thursday on Brunswick Crossing, which is to bring more than 1,500 new homes to the city. The project is estimated to be valued at more than $100 million, not counting land, fees and other costs, and could double the city's 5,000 population over the next decade.
Pleasants Development of Clarksburg will create the housing complex on 552 acres made up from three farms and wants it to be part of the Brunswick community.
