Englewood Hospital First to Offer the Aurora System in New Jersey
ENGLEWOOD, N.J. -- Aurora Imaging Technology, Inc. today announced that the Aurora([R]) 1.5Tesla Dedicated Breast Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) System has been installed and is immediately available to patients for the first time in New Jersey at Englewood Hospital and Medical Center. Englewood's Aurora System, the only Food and Drug Administration (FDA) cleared dedicated breast MRI system, is located in the hospital with easy access from the Leslie Simon Breast Care and Cytodiagnosis Center, which was awarded a federal grant as a national model for the diagnosis and management of breast cancer.
