It's a known fact that the Durban Metro Police have set days in which certain fines are levied. For instance, Tuesday is for double-parking fines.
I would like to suggest a new fine for them: call it White Line Day.
The white line I refer to is the first white line that one gets at a robot. Vehicles are expected to stop at this line. Pedestrians are then given free access to cross the road between the other two lines, instead of having to go out into the oncoming traffic or dodging ...
