MALIBU, Calif., Sept. 20 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- JAKKS Pacific, Inc. announced today a licensing agreement with HarperCollins and United Media to develop and market a stupendous (that's a fancy way of saying "great") line of dolls, girls' role play and dress-up, and craft and activity items based on Fancy Nancy, the New York Times bestselling children's book series by Jane O'Connor and Robin Preiss Glasser.
