Sep. 20--This year's edition of the San Jose International Mariachi Festival will feature some of the top performers in the field -- but it doesn't end there.
The lineup of the 16th annual musical summit, which runs Wednesday through Sept. 30, also is sprinkled with a variety of Latino acts that go beyond mariachi. Among the festival's musical highlights:
