Fair price for URSA Bank is around $4 bln - board chairman
NOVOSIBIRSK. Sept 20 (Interfax) - The fair price for URSA Bank is around $4 billion, Igor Kim, chairman of the bank's board of directors, told Interfax.
"The bank currently has charter capital of 1.367 billion shares with par value of one ruble. The fair price of one share fluctuates between $2.5-$3. Based on this, the bank's fair price is approximately $4 billion," Kim said.
The bank's management would like to see the bank's value increase to around $40 billion by the time it holds an IPO, he said. Kim did not reveal the exact schedule for an IPO, but did say that it could take ...
