Sep. 20--Flir Systems Inc. is growing again in Goleta. The company that makes infrared cameras recently signed a five-year lease for 17,114 square feet of industrial space at 55 Castilian Drive in Goleta, a property that has been revamped and transformed into a business incubator called Castilian Research & Technology Center.
Flir already occupies approximately 120,000 square feet of space at three other locations nearby: the largest space is approximately 86,000 square feet at 70 Castilian (across the street from the incubator), as well as additional offices at 90 Castilian, plus a 25,000-square-foot manufacturing space on Thornwood ...
