Sep. 21--DEWITT -- It's now safe for anglers and their families to venture into Minnow Mart. At least, it's been that way since the tiny bait and grocery store was officially recast and renamed in March as the "Minnow Mart," after it was taken over by partners Jim Irwin, Wayne Gardner and Kelly Pence. It was just a bait store with a different name under the previous management, and its unsavory reputation spread through the angling world like a chum stain.
