PITTSBURGH, May 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Thomas H. O'Brien, chairman and chief executive officer of PNC Bank Corp. (NYSE: PNC), today announced the appointment of Maurice H. Hartigan II as executive vice president and deputy manager of corporate banking. Hartigan will report to Bruce E. Robbins, executive vice president and manager of corporate banking, and will maintain offices in Pittsburgh and New York.
