SEATTLE -- Seattle lawyer Bruce Heller has been elevated to the bench, filling a newly created 52nd judge position in King County Superior Court.
The appointment by Gov. Chris Gregoire takes effect Oct. 1.
Gregoire cited Heller's "extensive background as a litigator, both in civil and criminal cases."
Heller, 57, is a partner at Garvey Schubert Barer, where his focus is labor and employment law. ...
