Sep. 23--Things are changing in the hearts and minds of Philadelphia sports fans.
It's almost certainly only a temporary drift, away from the surprisingly listless Eagles to the surprisingly vibrant Phillies; in fact, it might only last until next Sunday, when the Phils' regular season comes to an end.
But for the moment, things are different. The Phils are making a charge. The Birds, who for years have held exclusive rights to the fans' interest, are wallowing in mediocrity.
