It's hard to think of anyone who fits the description of "whiz kid" more than Rep. Bobby Jindal (R-La.). By the time he was 20, he had graduated from Brown University. At 24, the Rhodes Scholar was named secretary of Louisiana's Department of Health and Hospitals. Two years later, he was appointed executive director of the National Bipartisan Commission on the Future of Medicare, chaired by former Sen. John Breaux (D-La.) and Rep. Bill Thomas (R-Calif.)
