Christopher Durang looks and sounds young, and at 58 he can't be considered old.
Still, does a playwright - perhaps especially one known for the youthful anarchic vigor of his early works - become interested, after he reaches a certain age, in his legacy?
"It definitely interests me," Durang said almost right away when asked the question (he had laughed for a second about an analogy to President Bush hoping that history would judge him better than the current opinion polls).
"I'm obviously not in a position to judge ... I do like the fact that my plays are popular in high schools and colleges," Durang said.
