SEATTLE, May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- A $925,000 bond financing on behalf of the Bayswater Associates Limited Partnership was successfully completed today, according to the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. The proceeds of the bonds will be used to purchase and rehabilitate the Bayswater Apartments, a 34-unit apartment building for low-income households. The project is located at 2632 Cascade Place West, in Tacoma.
