Apple is finally giving iPhone users what they've probably been anticipating since the arrival of the device itself: iTunes Ringtones.The announcement was made by CEO Steve Jobs at the beginning of Apple's press event Wednesday that also included the unveiling of the latest iPod upgrades and Apple updates.

Jobs stated that, for an additional 99 cents, users will be able to cut 30 seconds out from any iTunes track and use the snippet as a ringtone for their devices.
