Sep. 25--The 8,000-member National Business Aviation Association comes to town this week, primed for a fight with the commercial airlines over who will pay for improvements to the nation's outdated air-traffic-control system.
The NBAA, which represents companies that supply aircraft and related services to the business community, has locked horns with commercial carriers such as Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines over a proposed $25-per-flight fee that the airlines want imposed on general aviation.
