Plan trades offices for condos: River Hills Marina proposal includes high-end units, other amenities.

Sep. 25--LAKE WYLIE -- River Hills residents could vote next year to turn a $20,000 to $30,000 annual shortfall into a $32,000 annual profit at the sagging marina property, River Hills Marina Club leaders say.

The development proposal by Charlotte-based The Colville Co. calls for turning three-quarters of an acre of the marina club's 4.5 acres into two three-story buildings, replacing the current corporate complex with 24 condominium units ranging in price from the $400s to $600s.
