Byline: Swip appoints Naish as head of property
In the latest of a series of appointments, Scottish Widows Investment Partnership has appointed Malcolm Naish as head of property. He will report to Andrew November, CIO of fixed income and property.
In his new position, Mr Naish will oversee Swip's team of 26 investment professionals which have an average of over 15 years' industry experience. He will join Swip in October and brings with him more than 35 years in the real estate industry.
Mr Naish was formerly director and head of DTZ investment management, where he was responsible for growing the business in the UK and in international markets.
