SEATTLE, May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- An $8.3 million bond financing for affordable apartments in Bothell, Wash., was successfully completed today, according to the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. The proceeds of the bonds will be used to purchase and rehabilitate the Inglenook Court Apartments, a 224-unit apartment complex for low- and moderate-income individuals and households. The project is located at 14220 Juanita Dr. Northeast, in Bothell, near Denny Park.
