Sep. 26--CHEYENNE -- TCU will once again have to face life without Tommy Blake.

The senior defensive end and preseason All-American candidate will take a medical leave of absence for the next two games, TCU coach Gary Patterson said during Tuesday's Mountain West Conference football coaches teleconference.

Patterson wouldn't elaborate on Blake's health due to privacy issues. A two-time all-conference selection, Blake will miss Saturday's home game with Colorado State and the following Saturday's game at the University of Wyoming.

Blake left TCU during fall camp for personal reasons and missed five practices ...
