WASHINGTON -- Members of the Coalition Against Discriminatory Car Rental Excise Taxes are reminding local and state political leaders in Pennsylvania and Tennessee - where state legislators recently approved new car rental excise taxes - that these funding sources are being challenged by pending federal legislation.
