FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Kenny Rogers Roasters announces the grand opening of its first restaurant in Japan, in a major suburb of Tokyo. On June 9, 1995 a "Kenny Rogers Roasters" will welcome residents and visitors to Yoga, a cultural and economic center, to enjoy the woodfire roasted rotisserie chicken and other American home-style fare that has made the three-year old restaurant chain an international success.
The Roasters Yoga Store, a joint venture between Roasters Asia Pacific and WDI Japan Co., Ltd., is designed to closely replicate the domestic concept, bringing the warmth of woodroasting, the Kenny Rogers Roasters way, to Japan.
