I do not know much about computer games.
In fact I do not know most of the games that are installed in computers. But I was prompted to express my opinion on the effects of computer games on our youth, especially on their studies and just as important on their physical health.
In the present "Computer Age," I believe that a "proper balance" between physical and mental activity should be developed and maintained among children of growing age. This is confirmed by a view expressed by "Level Up" that I read in the Manila Bulletin issue of September 24, 2007, which I quote hereunder: "Online games fanatics, from children ...
