We have individual blogs and wikis for all our clients. We share photos of our workforce and their families with clients on Flickr, we post videos of our Norwegian research team on YouTube, then "mash" them with soundtracks composed by the Estonian analysts via eJammin. I was conferencing in Second Life the other day when I went to dial up Skype and accidentally severed my client's neck with a broadsword. Imagine my embarrassment when I realized I'd logged into World of Warcraft by mistake!
Actually, we don't use new media to connect with stakeholders. Not externally anyway. Of course, we have a web site, but it's difficult to assess ...
