Washington Mutual, Inc. has signed a 10-year lease for 3,600 s/f of retail space at Muss Development's Manor Road Shopping Center on Staten Island.
The deal leaves just two vacancies within the mixed-use center. One retail space has 2,700 s/f available, while the second available space measures approximately 1,500 s/f.
