Sep. 27--Dear Action Line: I never thought about this before, but what liability does having a garage sale expose you to? Last weekend, I put up the signs, placed ads in the Tulsa World and had a garage sale. A winded, large woman sat in my folding chair, and it collapsed under her. She was OK, as far as I know, but she could still sue me. Should I have gotten extra liability coverage for my garage sale? -- M.S., Tulsa.
