Sep. 27--BROKEN ARROW -- Police released a description Wednesday of a man who is sought in the abduction and sexual assault of a 5-year-old girl last week. Maj. Mark Irwin said the girl, whom police have interviewed twice this week, described her attacker as a fair-skinned white man, age 30 to 40, who is partially bald with thinning light-colored hair. The attacker had no facial hair and did not wear eyeglasses at the time of the assault, Irwin said. A composite sketch of the attacker will be released later this week, he said. Police also announced Wednesday that an anonymous donor has put up a $10,000 reward for information ...
