The Charity Commission has been shortlisted for two separate awards this year from both the Westminster & Whitehall Civil Service awards and the Contact Centre Association Excellence awards. This double shortlisting follows last year's success when Charity Commission Direct was highly commended by the Whitehall and Westminster awards.
