Developments from APV
Two methods that allow biscuit and snack food manufacturers to take advantage of rapidly rising demand for products with reduced fat contents have been developed by APV.
The company has also invested in facilities to allow customers to undertake full process and development trials.
Consumer preference is clearly for low fat products that do not compromise on taste and texture. The 'baked not fried' concept of production for snack products allows this to be achieved.
