CHICAGO, May 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Urban Shopping Centers, Inc. (NYSE: URB) announced that sitework will begin today on Wolfchase Galleria, the new regional shopping center being built in Memphis at Interstate 40, Germantown Parkway and Highway 64. Four F Corporation has been named as the sitework contractor for the 1 million square-foot shopping center, which is scheduled to open in February 1997. Urban Shopping Centers, Inc. is the owner of the property. It is being developed, leased and managed by its affiliate, Urban Retail Properties Co.
