NEWBURYPORT Arthur M. Kemp, 101, formerly of Robertson Rd., and the Lodge at Eddy Pond, died Monday Sept. 24 in Port Nursing Center.
His wife, Nan M. (Mandelin) Kemp died in 2002. He leaves 2 daughters, Carolyn N. Dawson of Newbury, and Linda "Ginger" Greenbatt of Escondido, Ca.; 4 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.
