CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa -- Rockwell Collins, Inc. (NYSE:COL) and Redifun Simulation, Inc., (RSI) a Texas company, announced today that they have settled claims by Rockwell Collins that proprietary and copyrighted images and models were used by RSI. In a settlement agreement signed by the parties, RSI acknowledged that an outside vendor working for RSI had copied Rockwell Collins' proprietary and copyrighted digital images and that RSI had inadvertently incorporated approximately ten (10) of the Rockwell Collins' copyrighted models into a demonstration disk.
