(NNOTC: GDXP), a publicly traded telecommunications company based in Newport Beach, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, StarTronix International Inc. (formally SmartCom International Inc.) has completed the joint development of the hardware and software of the StarScreen phone system and will begin worldwide marketing and distribution of the technology effective Aug. 1, 1995.
