Sep. 30--TOO-TOO TUCCI: Sharon Tucci celebrated the 30th anniversary of her Talent Plus agency with a bash at Forest Park. And in honor of Tucci's business investments in St. Louis, the city's revenue collector, Gregory F.X. Daly, honored Talent Plus by declaring Thursday a day of appreciation for the company.
