INCHEON, Oct 1 Asia Pulse - Ex-South Korean President Kim Dae-jung returned home Saturday after a 13-day U.S. trip, which included meetings with former senior American government officials to discuss North Korean security issues and inter-Korean relations.
"The U.S. trip was very helpful in raising U.S. people's understanding on the upcoming inter-Korean summit," Kim said after arriving at Incheon International Airport, referring to this week's talks between South Korean President Roh Moo-hyun and North Korean leader Kim Jong-il.
